The Russian Federation is doing everything in its power to solve the Syrian issue but other nations are either supporting terrorism or putting huge political pressure on Syria because of ulterior motives. It is clear that the government of Syria wants to stabilize the entire country but nations like America, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and others, are involved in underhanded approaches to the people of Syria. Therefore, in-front of the eyes of the entire international community it is clear which nations seek further bloodshed based on geopolitical maneuvers.
The Russian Foreign Ministry wants the United Nations to send a technical team immediately in order to monitor the Kofi Annan plan. After all, this will highlight the good intentions of the government of Syria and put the spotlight on elements of the so-called opposition, which is supporting terrorism, mercenaries, and outside meddling.
It is ironic that with so much turmoil in Bahrain, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, and Yemen, that the two nations which are pro-America have been largely unaffected by the so-called Arab Spring. This applies to Israel and Saudi Arabia and with Hamas endorsing the anti-Syrian alliance and with its connections to the government of Israel in the early period – then something is amiss because the Palestinian issue is rather quiet.
Also, the most draconian nation in the world, Saudi Arabia, is relatively stable and when the Shia demonstrate for equal rights then clearly their voice isn’t being heard in Washington and London. This all leads to the suspicion of collusion within the region and that the Arab Spring is in reality a “Sunni Islamic Sharia Spring.”
The relative silence about the crisis in Bahrain against the Shia majority also points to hypocrisy because we all know that Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Qatar, don’t want to see genuine change in Bahrain. Therefore, just like the Kurdish issue in Turkey and doing little to force Turkey out of Cyprus – the region is not embroiled in a “New Spring.” On the contrary, the region is embroiled in “a geopolitical and religious Sunni Sharia Spring.”
Syria, being independent and the last powerful secular state in the region, is seen to be the final jigsaw in the geopolitical game being played by America, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other nations. Therefore, the Russian Federation is showing the real political shenanigans of these nations because unlike these countries, the Russian Federation wants to reign in terrorism and prevent another failed state like Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya (all failed states after Western meddling).
The Russian Federation stated through the Foreign Ministry that “What arouses our concern in this regard is that the UN General Secretariat has been for a long time unable to end consultations on this issue with the Syrian authorities…..It is complicated to explain the arising situation, although it’s clear that this doesn’t contribute to the international and regional efforts to implement Annan’s plan that is aimed at reaching a peaceful settlement in Syria….(it is) necessary to quickly resume the negotiations between the UN and the Syrian authorities and send a technical team to Syria to carry out this operation…..The issue has actually gained urgency…We also wait for the UN Secretary General to present without delay tangible proposals for a fully dimensional launch of the UN monitoring presence after consultations with the Syrian government.”
It is therefore clear that the Western domino of chaos in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya, is trying to be averted by the Russian Federation. After all, in all the above nations the situation for women deteriorated rapidly once America and the United Kingdom started their meddling in the above mentioned nations. Also, black Africans have been lynched and forced to flee in parts of Libya, 60% of Christians have fled Iraq, all vestiges of Buddhism and Hinduism were attacked in Afghanistan once outside meddling in the 1980s supported radical Sunni Islamic terrorism and indoctrination – and honor killings are on the rise in Iraq.
The Russian Federation is also concerned about the negativity of nations which are meddling in Syria. Therefore, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated “Such statements don’t contribute to the implementation of the special envoy’s plan and the efforts of the countries concerned to launch a Syrian internal political dialogue, as [these statements] incite the opposition to continue the armed confrontation that results in killing people and sabotaging the Syrian infrastructure facilities.”
Meanwhile terrorist attacks have continued in Syria and with nations like Saudi Arabia and Qatar, along with Turkey, being involved in supporting terrorism directly or being involved in covert operations and enabling bases and ratlines to take place – it is clear that it is outside nations which seek further bloodshed and chaos. Therefore, it is incumbent on all Syrians to support central mechanisms against the threat of international terrorism, mercenaries, and outside meddling.
